About Ryft

Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity.

We’ve recently closed our Series A and are entering the next phase of scale: deepening our product moat, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform.

About The Role

This role is a great opportunity for exposure to a fast-paced, groundbreaking, democratic scaleup that continuously pushes boundaries. The business development team is the backbone of our business, so we are looking for bright, motivated, organised self-starters to join us and further develop their sales career.

As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, pitching the benefits of Ryft and negotiating contracts. In this role you’ll be expected to find and approach suitable new clients for Ryft and manage those clients through the sales cycle all the way to closed deals. You’ll work together with one of our Senior Account Executives to hit and exceed your own personal targets, while contributing to the business’s wider objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
