Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Supy, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the UK. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while helping restaurant groups digitize and optimize their operations through Supy's platform. It is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to a fast-growing SaaS company and make a tangible impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners through outbound research, calls, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and sales tools.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations based on client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations teams for seamless post-sale handover.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent Supy in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline, activities, and deal stages in the CRM.
  • Share regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Account Management for smooth handovers and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant tech space.
  • Passion for food tech and digital transformation.
  • Resilient, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
