Role: Account Executive

Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire (with flexibility to work from home)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Company description:

Levo is a specialist automotive agency, helping some of the world’s most recognised brands connect data, CRM, marketing and digital to deliver measurable growth.

Founded in January 2022, we’ve experienced significant growth, from three founders to a team of over 30. We currently work with some of the biggest automotive brands in the world and have plans to continue growing in the UK and abroad.

For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative and highly ambitious team. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and be valued and recognised for your contribution as the business looks to achieve its next phase of growth targets.

As well as the opportunity to work with the most recognised names in the automotive space, you’ll be supported by a team at the top of their game who will help you thrive, develop your skills and progress.

Job description:

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly organised Account Executive to support the Account Manager and Account Director across key accounts, ensuring all campaigns and activities run smoothly from concept to delivery.

You must be confident, curious and willing to learn, with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and high levels of customer service. You’ll be a key member of the team responsible for delivering the day-to-day project management of client campaigns.

Finally, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple clients and projects, supporting the team to meet clients' deadlines, with all activity effectively managed through our internal creative process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
