Account Executive, Maldon / Hybrid – £28K + Benefits

We're looking for an Account Executive to join a growing marketing agency, supporting the delivery of high-performing paid media campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients.
Whether you've already gained around a year's agency or client-side paid media experience, or you're a high-calibre graduate with a genuine passion for digital marketing, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills alongside an experienced and supportive team.
As Account Executive, you'll play an important role in the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns, gaining hands-on experience across multiple platforms while building a successful career in performance marketing.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns
- Assisting with campaign setup, monitoring and optimisation across paid social and paid search
- Preparing campaign reports and analysing performance data
- Conducting audience, market and competitor research
- Supporting the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
- Working closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform developments
Requirements
- Around one year's experience delivering paid media campaigns, either agency or client side, or be a recent graduate with a relevant degree and a genuine passion for digital marketing
- Experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, with exposure to Google Ads being advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in campaign performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
