Account Executive Fast Growing SaaS Platform

£35,000 + £70,000 OTE
London
Hybrid

No cold calling. No prospecting. Just closing.

We are hiring Account Executives for one of the UK's fastest growing SaaS businesses, recognised by Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 and named on Sifted's 100 Rising Companies list for the second consecutive year.

When the current leadership joined there were 4 people. Today the team is 165 plus and expanding across multiple regions with a community spanning 60 plus countries. Now they are expanding into the US and they need exceptional closers to grow with them.

The people you will be selling to are founders, CEOs, investors, and C-suite executives. This is high-end, relationship-led, consultative selling to sophisticated buyers.

The role

  • Pure closing. Every meeting pre-qualified and booked into your diary by a dedicated SDR and marketing team. No cold outbound whatsoever.
  • Your focus is running world class discovery conversations with founders, CEOs, and C-suite and closing deals.
  • Approximately 200 pre-qualified leads across the team each month.
  • Short sales cycles. Real earning potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we are looking for

This is not a role for everyone. The buyers are senior, commercially astute, and they will see straight through anyone who is not credible, confident, and genuinely consultative. You need to be someone who can walk into a conversation with a former FTSE director or seasoned investor and be taken seriously from the very first minute.

You will be perfect for this if you have:

  • 12 plus months proven closing experience in B2B SaaS or a high-value subscription environment.
  • Confidence running discovery, demos, and negotiations with C-suite and senior decision makers.
  • Consistent quota attainment with hard numbers to back it up.
  • Closing multiple deals per month.
  • London commutable to London 2 days per week.
  • Comfortable with US aligned hours Monday to Thursday 1pm to 9pm, Friday 1pm to 5pm.
