This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their media career who is highly organised, eager to learn and motivated to build a long-term career within media and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, activation and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign deadlines, trackers and project timelines.
- Assist with campaign booking, administration and financial reconciliation processes.
- Maintain campaign documents, reports, status updates and WIP’s.
- Support the preparation of presentations, client materials and internal documents.
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
- Work closely with specialist teams across online and offline media channels.
- Develop a strong understanding of media planning fundamentals and campaign delivery processes.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all work produced.

Who We're Looking For
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience within marketing, media, advertising, business or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Curious about media, advertising, marketing and consumer behaviour.
