Account Executive - Private Equity SaaS
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing data and insights business selling into global private equity firms. As the third sales hire this year, you'll work alongside exceptional SaaS sales talent and shape the future success of this emerging tech company. The role supports increasing demand for a specialist platform used by senior decision makers across investment and HR functions, and sits within a small, high-quality commercial team.

About the role
- Suited to a high-performing SDR or junior Account Executive stepping into a full AE role
- Outbound focused, generating new opportunities across private markets firms
- Cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to senior stakeholders
- Progressing from supporting demos to running your own as confidence grows
- Managing deals from first contact through to close over longer buying cycles
- Building strong product knowledge around compensation and talent topics
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking in the CRM
- Working closely with senior sales, product, and research teams

Your previous experience
- Experience in outbound B2B sales as an SDR, BDR, or junior AE
- Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging senior decision makers
- Track record of booking and supporting meetings or demos
- Confident communicator with founders, partners, and C-suite stakeholders
- Exposure to private markets or a closely related financial services environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable shaping a role in a growing sales function
- Looking to build a career with a company that has strong growth plans which this role could be central to achieving.

Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
- Double OTE and future equity
- Clapham - 4-5 days a week
