We're Hiring
We're looking for the best of today's talent to join the Vested team. We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic and energetic Account Executives who have an interest in financial services and the world of communications to join our London office. Vested Account Executives are responsible for the day-to-day support of account activities and the running of integrated client programmes. They work collaboratively with all team members and are typically responsible for many of the core functions that help keep accounts running successfully.

Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of integrated campaigns, with an emphasis on earned media channels and strategy; builds confidence as a media operator and develops ideas for integrated work and content across print, digital and social media
- Expresses knowledge and interest in B2B and/or financial services PR or marketing communications
- Works with the account managers and account leaders to ensure they understand the ultimate objectives of the strategy and tactics for their clients and the role of their tasks in the bigger picture
- Demonstrates ownership over their work and a commitment to delivering excellent outputs on time that receive positive feedback from the client
- Works toward becoming an expert on their client's business and Vested’s role as a strategic communications partner
- Supporting the team by assisting with research and brainstorming sessions
- Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, client monthly reporting, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
- Shows ownership over their work - is accountable for their own actions, confident in sharing ideas and areas of potential improvement, quickly works to correct mistakes, and focuses on delivering high-quality output in a timely manner
- Leverages existing skill sets and areas of knowledge - proactively identifying how to tap into these skills on behalf of clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Ideal Candidates
- Previous PR or Marketing Communications experience, preferably with clients in a B2B industry (financial client experience is a bonus at this level)
- Experience with media monitoring, list building, trend spotting, conducting media outreach, monitoring for coverage, developing pitches and contributing to media sell ins
- Understanding of different forms of content such as blogs and social media posts and familiarity with analysing the opportunities for these content formats
- Familiarity with different channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram and their relevance to clients
- Strong research and analytical skills that they can confidently utilise to undertake research for clients and new business opportunities - connecting what they find to the opportunity for clients
Salary
£28,000 - £35,000 a year
Location
We are a fully flexible agency but due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates in the London area who can operate from our London office 2-3 days a week. Hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 8 am GMT
Qualified candidates will not require sponsorship to work in the UK.
