Our sales teams work with our partners and clients, establishing business relationships to understand customer challenges so that we can deliver profitable business for Hitachi infrastructure solutions and services.

They collaborate as a team, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders in our partners and customers to shape solutions. This is a highly visible sales role reporting directly into the regional leader, with responsibility for growing technology-led solution revenue streams and contributing to the teams overall success in the UK market.

The Role

Building trusted relationships and trust with new and existing customers in the UK public sector market.

Articulating to target customers our industry leading technology solutions, which include Data Centre/Storage, IaaS & Hybrid Cloud.

What You’ll Bring

  • An ability to think creatively and work consistently to identify, develop and close opportunities within new or prospect customers.
  • A proactive and acquisition focused mindset with a network and knowledge in public sector customers and partners.
  • Operational rigor around activity, qualification, forecasting and closing.
  • A track record in building key stakeholder relationships that enable you to increase your level of influence within accounts.
  • Success in meeting and exceeding sales targets throughout your sales career, illustrating your persistent focus on supporting customers to realise required business outcomes.
  • An ability to build virtual teams around you to create and deliver innovative solutions - we are all here to support your success!
