Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious early‑career professional to join us as an Account Executive focused on growing our relationship with the Scottish public sector. Building on bridgehead contracts, this role blends customer engagement, sales operations and relationship management, offering a strong development path into, account leadership, public‑sector consulting, or sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Lead & Opportunity Coordination
You will own the lead‑intake process for client's enquiries, ensuring leads are logged, tracked, triaged, and progressed. You will coordinate responses, monitor deadlines, and support pipeline quality.
Engagement with Public‑Sector Customers
You will support the management of existing relationships and account reviews, lead introductory engagements with potential public‑sector customers, supporting presentations, documenting needs, and progress opportunities.

You will support responses and contractual paperwork for new and existing opportunities, including NDAs, change requests, call‑off documentation, compliance records, and reporting documentation.
Marketing Coordination
You will support marketing content updates, public‑sector messaging, events, and campaign coordination.
Partner Support & Ownership of Operational Relationship
You will coordinate day‑to‑day engagement with framework partners supporting joint pipeline management, co‑bid coordination, and governance routines.
Qualifications
Essentials:
Proven experience in business development in the private sector or experience working for the public‑sector. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfort working with CRM tools and digital workflow systems. Familiarity with governance, documentation, or compliance processes.
Desirable
Experience with public‑sector procurement or frameworks. Exposure to operations coordination, PMO, bid support, or account coordination. Interest in digital transformation and the UK public‑sector technology landscape.

Proactive, organised, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented. Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable with change. Collaborative, professional, and relationship‑driven. Motivated by delivering high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
