Account Executive (USA Hours)
Overview
Job Title: Account Executive Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 base, £70,000 OTE Working Hours: US Time Zones:
- Monday to Thursday: 2pm–10pm (1-hour meal break included)
- Friday: 2pm–5.30pm

The Role
If you love relationship-building, closing deals, and thriving in a high-energy, collaborative culture, this is your opportunity.
You’ll be responsible for running the full sales cycle (inbound only): qualifying leads, guiding relationships from demos to signed deals. On average, expect ~100 demos per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify executive-level prospects using a relationship-driven, consultative approach
- Present and sell innovative advisory programmes, including a groundbreaking "Transition to Portfolio" product for NEDs (Non-Executive Directors)
- Maintain a sharp pipeline, CRM records, and client relations while exceeding goals
- Collaborate with a fast-scaling team (focusing on US growth), share ideas, and adapt processes
Skills & Experience Required
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar)
- Proven track record of building rapport and driving inbound sales efficiently
- Resilience, coachability, and hunger for rapid career progression
- Bonus: Experience working with US or international teams
