At Zenith, we've been helping organisations move further, smarter and more sustainably for over 30 years. As the UK's leading independent leasing and fleet management provider, we're proud of our people, our award-winning service and our ambition to be the UK's most customer-focused fleet partner.

We manage a fleet of almost 170,000 vehicles and support some of the nation's most recognisable brands. From vehicle funding and fleet management to salary sacrifice, accident management and consultancy, we help businesses operate smarter, more efficient fleets while supporting the transition to a greener future.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Executive to join our Account Management team and become a trusted partner to our customers.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of business customers, becoming their go-to contact for day-to-day support and advice. You'll build strong relationships, help solve problems, answer questions and make sure customers get the best possible experience from Zenith.

  • No two days are the same. One day you could be reviewing customer data and preparing reports, the next you could be leading a customer review meeting or working with colleagues across the business to resolve an issue.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and taking ownership. You'll gain valuable exposure to account management, work closely with well-known businesses and develop the skills needed to progress your career in a commercial, customer-focused role.

If you're organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Leading customer review meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
  • Producing management information, reports and review packs that help customers make informed decisions
  • Taking ownership of customer fleet policies, processes and operational performance
  • Resolving customer and driver queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service throughout the customer journey
  • Managing complaints and escalations through to successful resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance
  • Monitoring service levels and performance metrics, recommending improvements where required
  • Maintaining accurate systems, documentation and customer records
  • Supporting colleagues and sharing best practice to contribute to a high-performing team culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
