Upsell Agent Full time and permanent, Newcastle

You’ll be: Communicating directly on customer calls and armed with a toolkit for upsell opportunities and tonnes of product knowledge - you will help customers get the very best out of our service. Dealing with queries, problems, and feedback via several forms of communications, including Phone and email. Taking customer insights & feedback and working with managers to turn those into strategic decisions for the future of the business. Recording all client contact and notes accurately within the Salesforce CRM system. Working closely with colleagues in other teams to deliver for our customers Taking ownership of each customer, getting to the heart of the query, deciding the best course of action and providing the kind of service that earns our customers’ trust. Generating sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. Educating our customers around current legislation and helping them to meet all waste regulations. Overall, providing an excellent customer experience for our clients whilst achieving KPIs and within agreed service levels

Experience B2B or B2C sales experience Previous experience in outbound tele sales or customer service would be a definite asset. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products Salesforce CRM knowledge is an added bonus GCSE level qualifications including English and Maths (or a similar qualification level) What’s on offer?
