What You’ll Bring

You’ll need to contribute:

  • Enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity to help Oracle become the number one cloud company globally.

Also, we look for:

  • 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, including building install bases,
  • Expertise in customer needs analysis and consultative selling,
  • Proficiency in sales process acumen and competitive awareness,
  • Experience managing established customer bases,
  • A successful sales track record,
  • Ability to reframe and challenge customers’ perspectives on their businesses,
  • Capacity to structure sales pitches emphasizing customer benefits over supplier strengths,
  • Strong two-way communication skills,

    • Clarity in articulating a value proposition, -Pain point teaching.
  • Readiness to develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses from multiple angles,
  • Capacity to track economic and industry activity and assess implications,
  • Insight into the decision-making process to influence key decision-makers,
  • Experience selling cloud solutions or consulting services to enterpris and mid-market companies,
  • Ability to adapt within a rapidly evolving, progressive organization.

You’ll also demonstrate:

Responsibilities: Account Executive

As a Maker with a Strong Attitude

  • Grow Oracle’s customer base,
  • Create scalable business,
  • Act as the CEO of your territory,
  • Ensure goal achievement,
  • Coordinate resources from various departments toward common goals.

Core Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Sell ERP, EPM, HCM, CX, and SCM solutions, plus Retail Industry Cloud, severally and related services in Oracle’s Cloud ScaaS to prospective and existing customers.
  • Increase sales across assigned accounts through efficiency and influence over key decision-makers.

Wining SaaS Cloud Revenue (primary duty):

  • Focused revenue growth in:
    • ERP,
    • EPM,
    • HCM,
    • CX,
    • SCM,
    • Retail Solutions.

Transactional Actions:

  • Contact senior-level executives (CxO, VP, Directors, decision-makers, and influencers),
  • Develop a territory-specific sales strategy and plan,
  • Create baseline custom profiles of targeted accounts,
  • Define enterprise sales industry-specific value propositions,
  • Implement sales campaigns,
  • Manage qualified and prioritized leads to maximize pipeline.

Resource Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal and partner resources,
  • Engage and work effectively with stakeholders within Oracle,
  • Nurture Senior Management relationships to promote Oracle,
  • Partner with and leverage Oracle Partners to enhance sales initiatives,
  • Maintain familiarity with Oracle’s strategic direction,
  • Track current and future Oracle solutions and services.
