About The Role

Operational backbone for UK Retail Media campaign delivery, driving post-contract excellence, client satisfaction, and seamless execution at HelloFresh (UK).

As the Account Executive - Retail Media (UK), you will be part of the UK Marketing Team based at our London office, playing a key role in ensuring our Retail Media campaigns run smoothly from contract signature to final reporting. Your focus will be on owning the post-contract lifecycle for UK campaigns, coordinating with Distribution Centres (DCs), procurement, and local and global Retail Media teams to ensure flawless execution.

In addition to managing live campaigns, you will be the first point of contact for inbound campaign enquiries from existing clients and agency partners, converting straightforward briefs into booked and delivered campaigns. By keeping operations tight and clients satisfied, this role is a critical foundation for HelloFresh’s growing UK Retail Media Network (RMN).

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage post-contract campaign operations: Own the end-to-end execution of live Retail Media campaigns from contract sign-off through to delivery, post-campaign reporting, and client sign-off. Ensure all campaigns meet agreed SLAs and are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally: Work closely with Distribution Centres (DCs), procurement, logistics, and global RM operations teams to brief, book, and track physical and digital campaign assets.
  • Handle inbound campaign requests: Work closely with the Senior Manager (Retail Media) to manage and respond to inbound campaign briefs from existing clients and agency partners, building direct ownership of accounts as you grow in the role.
  • Develop the skills to translate briefs into bookings: Coordinating timelines, assets, and inventory across internal teams, with increasing autonomy and a clear pathway to leading inbound campaign management independently.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships: Support ongoing relationships with existing advertiser and agency accounts, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle and laying the groundwork for repeat business.
  • Support reporting and insights: Compile and deliver post-campaign reports, track performance against KPIs, and identify operational improvements or trends to share with the wider RM team.
  • Keep CRM up to date: Own the accuracy of campaign and client data within our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring pipeline status, campaign milestones, and client communications are consistently logged.
  • Contribute to process improvement: Proactively flag operational bottlenecks and support the broader team in refining workflows that improve automation, efficiency, reduce errors, and scale with business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
