Role Overview

This position focuses on selling Braze’s customer engagement platform to some of the largest and most recognized **financial services companies in EMEA (UKI, Benelux, Nordic regions).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years selling SaaS solutions to strategic clients, with deal sizes typically ranging from $200K to $1M+ annually.
  • 10+ years of total industry experience.

A stronger fit requires:

  • Prior experience working with strategic companies who grasp organizational complexity and enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Focus on non-ERP solutions, such as:
    • Analytics and CRM
    • Marketing automation
    • Digital media publishing
    • Content marketing
  • Cross-functional collaboration (internal teams, systems integrators, tech, and agency partners).

Your Responsibilities

You will:

✅ Serve as the primary sales contact for enterprise-level financial services accounts, acting as both advisor and partner. ✅ Maintain strategic coverage across assigned accounts with support from BD Reps and Account Managers. ✅ Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for winning complex deals. ✅ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. ✅ Align internally with Business Development, Marketing, Deal Desk, Consulting, and Customer Success teams. ✅ Proactively identify and qualify high-opportunity deals.

Your Profile

We are looking for a high-impact enterprise sales leader with:

Experience & Technical Proficiencies

  • Deep expertise in SaaS solutions, especially in the context of:
    • Marketing technology (MarTech)
    • Mobile applications
    • Content marketing automation
  • Proven solution selling with:
    • A data-driven approach to value propositions
    • Experience leveraging tools such as Value Selling frameworks, Business Value Assessments, and Command of the Message.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like:
    • Salesforce.com
    • Clari (or similar tools for sales pipeline management).
  • Ability to quickly onboard new tools, including:
    • Cloud-based marketing or sales apps.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital trends, particularly in:
    • Mobile ecosystems
    • AI-driven engagements.
  • Track record of success in large-scale enterprise negotiations, including:
    • Navigating complex decision-making structures.
    • Influencing stakeholders at every level.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving.
  • A passion for staying updated in growth-driven areas like:
    • Marketing tech
