Account Executive (SaaS Customer Experience) - UK

Account Executive – Driving Net New Logo Sales in Customer Experience SaaS

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to own and accelerate net new logo client sales within our high-growth Customer Experience SaaS platform. You’ll join a team celebrated for a loyal customer base and strong product-market alignment—eradicating stagnant sales and embracing fast, unapologetic growth.

This is a sales hunter role for someone who thrives on pipeline creation, loves mastering complex sales cycles, and excels at closing strategic enterprise and mid-market deals. You’ll take full ownership of the entire sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to negotiation and contract signing, backed by guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle:

    • Outbound prospecting → Discovery & Insight Development
    • Structured Value Proposition Building (aligning capability to measurable ROI)
    • Demo delivery (converting features into real-world pain relief)
    • Qualification using the MEDDIC framework
    • Multi-stakeholder negotiations and closing
  • Generate Quality Pipeline:

    • Drive outbound efforts with strategic vision to create a diversified pipeline
    • Achieve 80–100% responsiveness through cold outreach (especially email + social selling)
  • Technical & Strategic Execution:

    • Uncover customer pain points and align to expanded product use cases
    • Articulate economic impact and defensible ROI during discovery
    • Manage 1–3 month and 3–6 month pipeline with CRM-driven discipline
    • Offer personalized upsell/cross-sell opportunities in renewals

Experience & Competencies

Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years in B2B SaaS sales (hunter or AE), preferably Customer Experience or adjacent tech.
  • Successful quota achievement in a high-touch sales environment.
  • Proven MEDDIC/MEDDPICC application or rapid ability to master these frameworks.
  • Track record moving SMB-mid market clients toward stage adoption with optimal pricing.
  • Outbound prowess: Expert cold calling, email cadence, LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proficient in building business cases and managing multi-touch sales cycles.

  • Soft skills built on years of closing deals:
    • Emotional intelligence (aligning language to stakeholder needs).
