You'll have direct input into company strategy while seeing the immediate impact of your work in both our growth metrics and the acceleration of the UK's heat pump adoption. Your work will include:

  • Lead the Full Sales Cycle

    • Handle qualified inbound demo requests and proactively chase prospects.
    • Close deals with installers of all sizes.
    • Drive the conversion of customer interest into revenue growth.
  • Build the Sales Engine

    • Help design, implement, and continuously refine sales processes from the ground up.
    • Contribute to creating an exceptional and scalable sales playbook tailored to the industry.
    • Improve and optimize the overall sales function through strategic input and execution.
