🏒 The Company & Role:

Join an innovative independent healthcare communications agency as they look to hire an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join their growing Client Services team.

This is an opportunity to join a boutique healthcare communications agency with a strong focus on employee development, progression, and flexibility. Operating as a remote-first team across the UK, they combine scientific expertise with creative thinking to deliver impactful healthcare communications programs for leading pharmaceutical clients.

Working closely with experienced leaders and a highly collaborative team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of medical education, medical affairs, meetings and events, and multichannel communications projects across a variety of therapy areas. You will be given responsibility from an early stage, supported with hands-on training, and encouraged to develop your career.

πŸ‘© πŸ’Ό Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and projects
  • Coordinate healthcare communications programs from briefing through to delivery
  • Build strong client relationships and become a trusted day-to-day contact
  • Manage timelines, trackers, approvals, budgets and project logistics
  • Support the delivery of meetings, congresses, advisory boards and symposia
  • Collaborate with scientific, creative, digital and editorial teams to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Work with approval systems such as Veeva and ensure deliverables meet compliance requirements
  • Support proposals, pitches and organic account growth opportunities

πŸ“‹ Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a healthcare communications, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Veeva and an understanding of healthcare compliance processes would be advantageous
