🌍 Account Executive

💼 EdTech Platform
📍 Onsite between client and office
💸 Base salary range: £45k-£55k (Up to £65k OTE)

Who are we working with?

Helping schools spend less time hiring and more time educating.

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing technology businesses that's tackling a challenge every school knows too well: finding great staff without the endless admin, fees and outdated processes.

They've built a platform that's changing the way schools hire, making it quicker, simpler and more cost-effective to connect with high-quality teaching professionals. The impact? Millions of pounds saved that can be invested where it matters most - back into schools.

Backed by significant recent investment (Series B) and with ambitious growth plans both in the UK and internationally, they're looking for commercially minded people who want to be part of the journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
