Account Executive (SME Inbound & Outbound)

LegalVision is an award winning market disruptor in the commercial legal services industry. Our mission is to power the success of every business by delivering legal support that is proactive, affordable and commercial. We operate on a unique membership model that empowers businesses to take a proactive approach to their legal needs. Rather than reacting to problems after they arise, our clients are equipped to set themselves up for long-term success with reliable, on-demand legal support. If you are excited about the prospect of being a part of an innovative and growing business that offers challenging work, a fast-paced environment, and rewarding professional development opportunities, then joining our Growth team will be the perfect career move! The Opportunity As a Legal Solutions Consultant (our internal title for Account Executive) in our Growth team, you’ll work with SMEs across England to uncover both their immediate legal challenges and longer-term strategic goals. This isn’t a one-off transactional sale: you’ll scope out complex requirements across multiple legal disciplines, from employment and commercial contracts to GDPR compliance, intellectual property, and growth planning. Your mission is to demonstrate how our comprehensive membership can support every stage of their journey, mitigating risk and powering growth. While you’ll receive a steady flow of inbound leads, you’ll be expected to, and financially rewarded for, generate your own pipeline. The highest-performing consultants at LegalVision consistently unlock significant additional earnings through their networks, referrals, and outbound activity. With our uncapped commission structure, accelerators for self-sourced wins, and clear progression path into senior and leadership roles, this role offers genuine scope for top performers to maximise both income and impact. While prior experience in consultative B2B sales is essential, legal sector experience is not required. You’ll receive comprehensive training to build your knowledge of the legal and commercial challenges UK businesses face. Plus, you’ll have access to our in-house legal experts to support you in client meetings as needed. This is a full-time position based in our Ancoats office. You’ll work onsite five days per week initially, with flexibility available over time. The Ideal Candidate Proven closer: At least 2 years’ experience in consultative B2B sales (BDM, AE, or solutions consultant) with a track record of consistently exceeding targets. Multi-solution mindset: Comfortable scoping and selling complex, compliance-driven services that address multiple business needs, often with several stakeholders in the room. Hunter DNA: You thrive on creating opportunities, not just converting them. You have experience generating your own pipeline, building networks, and turning connections into long-term partnerships. Commercial acumen: Able to understand business models, legal obligations, and growth risks, then tailor solutions that make commercial sense. Client champion: A consultative style that balances persuasion with trust-building. You focus on delivering measurable value to clients, not just winning a deal. Resilient and ambitious: You bounce back fast, set the pace in high-performing teams, and push yourself to consistently raise the bar. The Perks Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure -> three-figure earning potential for high performers! Fast-paced environment with exciting growth potential. 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Contractual sick pay, birthday leave, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave. Annual budget to spend on external learning and development opportunities. Bupa Medical Insurance post probation. Regular team socials, drinks and meals. Vibrant office environment in Ancoats. Apply Today If this sounds like the type of opportunity you have been looking for to accelerate your career, we’d love to hear from you! Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so you’re encouraged to apply early to avoid missing out. Good luck!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
