Account Executive, Social Impact
ABOUT We. SOCIAL IMPACT
Achieving social impact is complex.
In a world facing interconnected challenges, meaningful change demands more than good intentions – it requires strategy, insight and measurable outcomes.
We sit at the intersection of business and societal progress. Drawing on our expertise across health, sustainability, education and employability, we help organisations identify where they can make the greatest difference – and where that difference delivers real value, with clients such as WWF, Sport England, the NHS, Network Rail, Nike and more.
From defining purpose to creating and measuring impact, we help our clients turn complex issues into transformative action – driving trust, relevance and long-term growth.
As part of We. Communications, we’re part of a diverse borderless team with access to world class insight, creative, activation, communications and PR capabilities, with offices on every continent.
We’ve created a committed, talented team who challenge our clients to deliver on their brand promises – and we want to grow it with people who are passionate about turning purpose into positive action.
Here, you’ll get the chance to make your mark on high profile campaigns, flexing your creative thinking, alongside razor-sharp project management skills, to make a meaningful difference.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll get stuck into client work from the outset, with plenty of support from your line manager and project teams. Taking ownership of individual workstreams, your organisation, enthusiasm and positivity will ensure projects run as smoothly as possible.
The role is hugely varied and covers marketing, event management, content generation, digital and social media. You’ll thrive if you enjoy collaborative environments where you can tackle a challenge, have strong attention to detail, love to multitask, are a creative thinker and feel comfortable in taking your own initiative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
