Account Executive – Technology Recruitment Solutions
📍 London (Hybrid)
💰 €60k – €80k + Uncapped Commission
An ambitious and fast-growing HR Tech startup is looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to help expand its presence across the UK Technology market.
This is a high-impact hunter role focused on building new client relationships and managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
You’ll work with companies across sectors, including:
- AI & infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Developer tools / DevOps
- Robotics
- ClimateTech
- DefenceTech
- Advanced technology environments
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Running full-cycle sales processes from outreach to close
- Building relationships with hiring leaders and senior stakeholders
- Managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales conversations
- Driving consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
- Helping shape commercial growth within a scaling startup environment

What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment sales, agency BD, or talent solutions sales
- Strong outbound / hunter mentality
- Proven ability to own deals end-to-end
- Experience selling into technology-related markets preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Commercially driven with strong communication skills
