About the Role
You will work in the Sales team that is responsible for Welcome to the Jungle’s revenue targets through selling annual plans, enabling companies to connect with high-quality talent. We are looking for an Account Executive (Associate) to join a collaborative sales team in our London offices.
Base salary in the role is £38-45k.
Responsibilities
- Member of the Sales team- managing a 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, and delivering a thorough end-to-end sales process.
- Finding great companies for us to partner with on their recruitment, so that we can help even more candidates to secure their dream job.
- Reporting to our UK Team Lead, Nicola, collaborating with the wider Revenue Org.
- Working closely with Nicola on our goal to help potential clients see the value in building a better employer brand with our new product suite.
- Converting both inbound and outbound opportunities in this role.
- Actively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts.
- Managing and closing inbound leads, as they come in.
- Testing and iterating on ideas to create a high-quality pipeline.
- Anticipating, managing, and influencing companies that aren’t ready to commit today.
- Learning alongside the current team about a new product suite with new pitches, value proposition, and messaging.
- Providing feedback and iterating on it along the way.

Who You Are
- ~2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, recently been promoted to an Account Executive in your current company, or are currently a Recruitment Consultant looking to move into a Tech environment.
- Successful track record of hitting KPIs, but not necessarily in a closing role.
- Experience and understanding of outbound selling, whether that's cold calling, prospecting, and building pipelines.
- Comfortable using your intuition. Operating in a small team in a global environment. Ability to adapt, be flexible, and collaborative.

Desirable
- Experience working in a B2B environment or in Recruitment, with an understanding of solution-based selling.
The Application Process
- Exploratory screening call with our Talent Acquisition team to understand your motivations and what energizes you (30 minutes)
- A mock sales meeting with relevant stakeholders where you'll pitch your choice of sales enablement tool. Think: Hubspot, SalesNav, including a follow-up email (45 mins)
- Skills interview to discuss your approach to certain scenarios, specific to Welcome to the Jungle UK and the role, and your working style (60 mins, in person)
- Values interview to discuss what you would bring to the role, how you would embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
