Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business in the UK and Ireland markets. You will work closely with our SDR team and benefit from strong inbound interest, while also owning targeted outbound activities.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional who can lead complex enterprise sales processes, engage Procurement and senior stakeholders, and combine strong sales fundamentals with openness to modern approaches, including AI-supported research, personalization, and sales efficiency.
For this position, you must be located in the UK.
What you will do
- Drive new business in the UK and Ireland markets
- Own the full sales cycle for new UK and Irish customers
- Build qualified enterprise pipeline through outbound activities, SDR collaboration, and benefit from inbound activities
- Identify target accounts, understand business priorities, and create relevant engagement strategies and outreach sequences
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes with clear value-based positioning for each persona
- Lead value-based enterprise sales conversations
- Engage primarily with Procurement, Sustainability and Compliance, C-level, and other key stakeholders
- Translate complex product capabilities into business value, risk reduction, and operational impact
- Run strong discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, and closing conversations
- Build trust with senior buyers through consultative and credible sales engagement
- Shape a modern sales approach
- Use strong sales fundamentals while staying open to new methods, tools, and AI-supported ways of working
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and internal teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion
- Share UK market insights and buyer feedback to strengthen our go-to-market approach

What you should bring along
Experience & Domain Focus
- Senior experience in B2B SaaS new business sales, ideally in enterprise or upper mid-market
- Proven track record of closing complex, consultative sales processes
- Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland market and experience selling to UK-based organizations
- Experience with complex or explanation-intensive products
- Solid outbound experience, including building your own pipeline and working with SDR teams
- Experience selling to Procurement is highly relevant; exposure to Compliance, C-level, or risk-related buying committees is a plus
- A network in the UK/I market is a bonus
Technical / Methodological Skills
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED, or similar methodologies is a plus
- Confident use of CRM systems (SFDC) and sales tools
- Openness to AI-supported tools for research, personalization, prioritization, and productivity
- Ability to manage longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with reliable forecasting
