The Opportunity
This is a chance to be part of Upwind’s next chapter, expanding a category-leading platform across diverse markets in EMEA. You’ll spearhead growth in the UK, building a new pipeline and establishing Upwind as the premier cloud security partner in the region. You’ll engage with top-tier enterprises, working with both technical teams and C-suite decision-makers. Backed by a category-defining product and a culture of innovation, you’ll have a front-row seat to the transformation of cloud security across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth
- Design and implement a regional sales strategy that generates new business, exceeds revenue targets, and positions Upwind as a leader in cloud security across EMEA. Adapt the plan to align with the unique characteristics of your market.

Engage Executive Leadership
- Build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Cloud, and other executive leaders. You’ll align business outcomes with Upwind’s cutting-edge capabilities, driving strategic adoption.

Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles
- Own complex sales cycles end-to-end, identifying opportunities, guiding evaluations, and closing deals by aligning stakeholders and demonstrating measurable ROI.

Collaborate with Technical Teams
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey and accelerate value.

Build Partner Ecosystems
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners, cloud providers, and key influencers to amplify market presence.

Deliver Predictable Results
- Maintain data-driven forecasting, pipeline rigor, and a disciplined sales process, ensuring consistent growth.
What We’re Looking For

Proven Enterprise Sales Success
- A history of closing large, complex deals across EMEA, with regional adaptability.

Domain Expertise
- Experience selling to C-level and technical leaders in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps, tailored to your region’s specific market.

- A track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing technology companies.

Sales Methodology Expertise
- Mastery of structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and a disciplined approach to enterprise sales.

- Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
