About Rendify
Design and marketing teams need a constant stream of photorealistic 3D renders and animations, and building an in-house 3D team to keep up is slow and expensive. Rendify is the fix. We are the subscription 3D production partner for leading design, product, and hospitality brands. Teams send us design files in any format and get back fully styled, production-ready 3D scenes, with daily updates and fast, predictable turnaround. We are several million in ARR, 100-plus clients, and 75-plus artists across multiple time zones — and we are now opening Europe.
The role
This is a full-cycle closing role serving the UK and the wider European market. Most of your leads come inbound: you run the discovery and demo calls, understand each team's needs, close new subscription clients, and get them off to a strong start. Early on, our Canada customer success team backs you up on onboarding so you can stay focused on selling. In quieter periods you'll also do some of your own prospecting to keep the pipeline full.
This is a high-impact role. As the first hire on the ground in your region, you set the standard the future pod — a dedicated SDR and Customer Success Manager — will be built around.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do
- Work inbound leads across the UK and Europe: design studios, furniture and product brands, real estate and hospitality developers, and marketing teams.
- Run discovery and demo calls, understand each team's production needs, and show how a Rendify subscription replaces the cost and hassle of in-house 3D.
- Own the close: proposals, pricing conversations, and signing new monthly retainers.
- Manage the early relationship with each new client until we bring on a local Customer Success Manager.
- During downtime, prospect via targeted calls and emails to supplement inbound and keep your pipeline full.
What we're looking for
- Two-plus years in a full-cycle or closing sales role, ideally in a creative, design, SaaS, or services business.
- Strong at converting and closing leads, and comfortable prospecting when you need to top up pipeline.
- Fluent English, plus strong working ability in at least two of French, Spanish, or German. You'll sell across borders.
- Genuine interest in design, architecture, or product — and the taste to talk about visual work credibly. You should get why our renders matter to a client.
- Comfortable and confident on camera and on social. A visible, professional presence and polished, direct communication are part of the job.
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial, and energized by helping build a new market from the ground up.
