SASMAR is excited to announce an opening for an Account Executive focused on the UK and Ireland markets. As a prominent pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our widely recognized Conceive Plus brand, SASMAR is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals across 70 countries. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and managing relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the UK and Ireland. You will be instrumental in capturing market share and expanding SASMAR’s presence within the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for the UK and Ireland markets to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and engaging potential new clients. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to align product offerings with market demand. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SASMAR and expand professional contacts. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or personal care industry. Familiarity with the UK and Ireland markets and knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in google Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
