Running high-quality demos and closing deals in high-velocity sales motions.
The Role & Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you will own a fast-paced, high-volume sales pipeline. Traditional corporate policies don’t apply here—your impact is direct, measurable, and immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Close: Conduct high-energy demos daily for Spanish SMEs and service businesses.
- Think high-energy, fast-paced, reward-driven conversions in-house or collar.
- Convert the Pipeline: Work with a mix of warm inbound leads and product-first users, guiding them seamlessly from demo to closed deal.
- Master Short-Cycle Sales: Execute in high-volume, quick-turnover deals where results manifest instantly.
- Drive Revenue: Fill your calendar with discovery calls post-onboarding and align with revenue targets early.

Requirements
Our client prioritises attitude, resilience, and commercial agility over conventional qualifications or corporate hierarchies.
Essential Criteria:
Experience
- 3+ years in sales, preferably in:
- Tech / SaaS
- High-volume commercial roles (e.g., B2B services, tourism, transactional sales)
- No flawed history, experience in high-volume environments is key.
