THE ROLE
We want to continue to grow our pipeline of Sales Account Executives. In this role you will own new logo acquisition and expansion across [SMB / mid-market / enterprise] accounts in your territory, with uncapped accelerators. You will run the full sales cycle from discovery through close, working multi-threaded deals across IT, OT, and IoT buyers who need visibility into the infrastructure that runs their business.
PRTG is one of the most recognized names in network monitoring globally, with a 96% customer satisfaction rating and thousands of UK customers ready for expansion. Your job is to convert that brand pull into closed revenue.
YOUR TASKS
- Generate net new ACV against a defined quota and pipeline coverage target
- Run full-cycle sales: discovery, technical demos, negotiation, and close
- Build and execute territory plans that produce 3x pipeline coverage
- Develop champions, identify economic buyers, and qualify deals using MEDDPICC
- Lead deal strategy on complex opportunities, including multi-stakeholder enterprise pursuits
- Partner with channel and SE resources on co-sell motions where they accelerate the deal and pipeline generation
- Represent Paessler at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
- Maintain accurate forecast, deal stages, and next steps in [Salesforce]; CRM hygiene is non-negotiable

YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years closing SaaS or infrastructure software in the UK market, with a documented track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Experience selling to IT infrastructure, network operations, or DevOps buyers
- Command of MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification framework
- Fluency with [Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft]
- Ability to run a technical conversation, qualify pain, and translate product capability into business value
- Self-directed operator who builds pipeline without being told to
- Willingness to travel up to 15% within the UK
