About the role

As a Mid Market outbound Account Executive targeting the UK&I, you will own the full 360 sales cycle. Managing and engaging your own account book, while also working directly with a team of SDR’s, focusing specifically on:

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new potential clients with a consistent workflow.
  • Pipeline building: Generate and nurture your own leads.
  • Sales execution: Lead meetings, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Matching: Collaborate with Client Engineers to identify the right tech talent for each client’s needs.
  • Closing: Handle negotiations and contracts to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Handover: Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success for each client.

Focus on the Mid-Market companies (50–2000 employees)

You’ll also partner closely with the BDR team, guiding leads through the discovery, matching, negotiation, and closing phases.

What you bring to be successful in this role:

  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and high quality
  • Proven success in outbound sales as an SDR or AE, ideally in tech or SaaS in the UK&I market
  • Interest and experience in tech, SaaS, building tech teams, and/or related topics
  • Understand how to help a client and guide them through the customer journey
  • Curious and fast learner with good structure
  • A humble team player who thrives in a performance-oriented environment
  • Great interpersonal skills that quickly builds trust
