Account Executive - Native AI Client Services Enablement SaaS Platform
Up to £75k base x2 OTE
Hybrid x4 days in the central London office
We’re working with an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building an AI-native platform for enterprise client service/customer success teams. The product helps client-led organisations (agencies, consultancies, professional services firms) better understand, grow, and protect their most valuable relationships using AI-driven insight.
This tech does the "grunt work" of admin, writing emails, transcribing meetings, CRM management + predicting client behaviour like churn and recommending advice + external research so the account managers know what's happening in the wider world with their clients - every company needs a tool like this nowadays!
This one of the first AE hires working with a team of SDRs, head of Sales and CEO.
This is really at the forefront of how companies use AI, every company in the world will need a tech like this in the future!
Exciting Bits
- They're an early stage start up who have taken on recent funding with a plan for series A -it's a brilliant time to join just before their next growth spurt
- Already have a small team of AEs and SDRs to work with
- Great opportunity for an AE who wants to be influential in a company, to be able to offer feedback and have it listened to and then enacted
- It's Native AI - every company you'll be speaking to will already be thinking about how AI can help them so they'll be keen to hear from you
- Strong ICP but also lots of other industries they can sell into
- Great leadership who know what they're doing and have had a great start

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
