Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise Software Sales)

For MRI Occupier in the UK Market

We are seeking a high-calibre Enterprise Account Executive with a strong "hunter" mentality to drive the acquisition of new enterprise clients for MRI Software’s Occupier solution in the UK. This role demands a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level software deals.

  • Location: Based in the London office with a hybrid working model (3 days working from home, 2 days in-office).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities for MRI Occupier within the UK market.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting of sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to understand their business needs and present compelling value propositions for MRI Occupier.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and recommend tailored MRI Occupier solutions that address complex client requirements.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise clients.
  • Manage and respond to complex RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs, delivering high-quality and timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Represent MRI Software at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Qualities & Skills

  • Proactive, results-oriented approach to new business development.
  • Strong understanding of the occupier real estate market and technology solutions, ideally with occupier-focused software sales experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large, enterprise-level deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
  • Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the UK enterprise market and business culture.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
