Valutico powers hundreds of M&A advisors, private equity funds, and corporate finance teams worldwide with the leading AI-powered valuation platform. In 2025 we launched DoneDiligence, our AI-native Virtual Data Room, built from scratch for how M&A deals actually run today.
DoneDiligence pairs a secure, scalable VDR with AI built into every room. Buyer questions get answered directly from the documents. New uploads are indexed automatically. Missing or inconsistent items surface before they hit the Q&A queue. Teasers and CIMs are drafted from the source material in a fraction of the manual time.
We are building the next generation of deal execution infrastructure, where valuation, data rooms, and AI-powered analysis come together in one seamless workflow.

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with deep experience selling Virtual Data Rooms or adjacent M&A deal execution platforms. You will own the full sales cycle for DoneDiligence into M&A advisors, private equity, investment banks, and corporate development teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
