Founding Account Executive
Marketing Technology Startup
📍 Location: London, Hybrid
đź’° Compensation: ÂŁ75,000 Base, + Very Strong Bonus (Uncapped) + Strong Equity
Scout Global is partnering with a super early stage Marketing/Sales Technology vendor. We are looking to expand the GTM team with the first Account Executive hire in the UK reporting into the VP Sales.
Our client is a fast-moving, seed-stage MarTech company on a mission to reinvent how brands engage, convert, and grow. Backed by leading investors and already working with early flagship customers, we’re now hiring our first Account Executive to accelerate our next stage of growth.

As one of the earliest commercial hires, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market motion, building pipeline, and closing high-impact deals. This is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining product at the ground floor and directly influence revenue, culture, and strategy.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Partner closely with founders on messaging, pricing, and GTM experiments
- Translate customer needs into product insights that shape our roadmap
- Represent the company at events, demos, and customer workshops

What you bring
- 2–5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or GTM tools
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort selling early-stage products and navigating ambiguity
- Strong storytelling, discovery, and consultative selling skills
- Hunger, resilience, and a builder mindset
