Account Executive
Account Executive (EMEA) – Veremark
Company Description
Veremark is a remote-first HR tech scale-up on a mission to help the world trust faster.
We started with background and reference checking, pioneering an entirely new approach through Verepass—a blockchain solution enabling candidates to own, manage, and securely share verified career credentials.
We have recently launched our second product: a Whistleblowing platform with end-to-end encryption, allowing employees to report issues safely and anonymously.
This is just the beginning. Join us and be part of the journey using technology to transform trust in workplaces globally.
The Opportunity
As an Account Executive at Veremark, you’ll drive new business growth in the EMEA market by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closure. You’ll engage directly with HR, Compliance, and Procurement leaders in enterprise and mid-market organisations, demonstrating how our HR technology solutions can build trust at scale.
You’ll work with self-generated and inbound leads to meet and exceed revenue targets, supported by Sales Development, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Ownership
- Manage the full sales cycle (outreach, negotiation, and close) targeting enterprise and mid-market clients matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Close deals ranging from £30K to £100K+, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
Business Development
- Prospect strategically and qualify leads for feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Compliance, and Procurement to uncover needs.
- Generate a self-sustaining pipeline through outbound prospecting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
