Account Executive

Account Executive (Recruitment / HR Tech Sales)

About the Company

My client is a disruptive, early-stage HR Tech and AI platform backed by top-tier venture capital firms, having recently secured a significant, oversubscribed Seed funding round. They are transforming the global recruitment market by providing scaling enterprises with a highly innovative, flexible alternative to rigid RPO contracts and traditional agencies. As the tech sector surges forward, they are aggressively scaling our footprint across the UK and mainland Europe.

About the Role

This is a pure Hunter Account Executive position with complete, end-to-end sales cycle ownership. You will be responsible for targeting UK scale-ups and enterprise companies hiring high volumes of roles per quarter within the fast-growing Technology vertical.

Your focus will span two innovative technical ecosystems:

  • Physical / Industrial Tech: Deep tech, semiconductor ecosystems, data center builds, robotics, and climate tech.
  • Software / Digital Tech: Regulated software scale-ups, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps/developer tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
