Account Executive
Let’s Build the World’s Best Healthcare
The world’s best healthcare, for free. It’s called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is undergoing a transformation to become more advanced.
We love the NHS for its accessibility, affordability, and the millions it employs. But it’s under immense pressure—with rising costs, GP shortages, budget uncertainty, and an aging population. This means longer waits, fewer appointments, and compromised care for those who need it most.
Yet, the solution exists. The biggest cost (£66bn+) isn’t just medicine—it’s admin. 35% of NHS staff spend their day on repetitive paperwork. That’s where Healthtech-1 makes the difference.
Our Mission
We’re building tech that delivers "free" in a new way—by eliminating inefficiencies. Our first product, Automated Registrations, is already used by 24% of GP practices in England. Now, we’re scaling to unlock true accessibility, transparency, and reliability across the entire system.
Check out bookable.health for a glimpse of what’s coming.

Local challenges and service demands highlight the core principles that guide Healthtech-1:

- 🏋️♀️ Work hard
- 🤝 Be your word
- 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency
- 🚀 Do your life’s best work
- 🥳 Find the fun
Our Handbook explores these values in more detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
