This Account Executive role is pivotal to Patchwork’s growth, helping expand our impact across healthcare by bringing our products to more NHS organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting/qualification to demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure
- Build a strong pipeline, consistently exceeding targets of £600,000+
- Develop relationships with NHS stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-suite executives, demonstrating value and ROI
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing customers to maximise product adoption and revenue growth
- Follow and refine sales processes using methodologies like MEDDIC, SPICED, or Challenger
- Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) for pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
- Represent Patchwork at industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and client operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
Essential
✔ SaaS sales experience, ideally with NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech organisations ✔ Proven ability to sell complex solutions to senior decision-makers (C-suite, enterprise stakeholders) ✔ Sales quota track record of £600,000+ and ACV of £150,000+ from new and cross-sell opportunities ✔ Territory ownership/management with strong out-of-handselling and collaborative skills ✔ Relationship-building expertise and senior stakeholder influence capabilities ✔ Experience with sales frameworks (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger methods) ✔ Proactive self-starter with enquiring mindset and ownership mindset ✔ Communication skills for developing credible narratives and adapting to diverse audiences ✔ Strong CRM experience (HubSpot) and commitment to data hygiene ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
