Account Executive (AI-Native Treasury & Cash Management Software)

AI-Native Treasury & Cash Management Software

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 Basic + Double OTE + Uncapped Accelerators + Equity Potential

The Opportunity

Our client is an ambitious AI-native software company transforming the way finance and treasury teams manage cash visibility, liquidity, and financial operations.

Following continued growth, they are looking to hire an Account Executive to help drive the next stage of their commercial expansion.

This is an opportunity to join a genuine start-up where you'll have a direct impact on the company's success. If you're looking for a large corporate environment with established processes, multiple layers of approval, and plenty of red tape, this probably isn't the right role.

Instead, this business is looking for someone who enjoys building pipeline, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of the full sales cycle. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence the commercial strategy, and play a key role in shaping the future of the sales organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive position, owning opportunities from initial outbound prospecting through to negotiation and closing.

You'll be responsible for developing new business across Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations, selling a modern treasury and cash management platform into finance leadership teams.
