ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Account Executive in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to drive revenue growth. You will be expected to actively grow & manage your pipeline, consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and expand Kibo’s presence in Europe with our prospects, customers, and partner network.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, including C-level executives and department heads
- Meet with and present to key clients and C-level executives to negotiate and close deals
- Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly, and annual revenue quotas
- Continuously qualify leads and opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Remain up to date on the latest developments and advancements of Kibo products, as well as changes in target industries to facilitate sales efforts
- Ensure continuous awareness of competitors' activities, offerings, and industry trends
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.com and effectively use sales tools and technology to track and analyze sales activities and results
- Act as the first layer of solutioning by strategically recommending features and articulate how Kibo can best meet specific requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 10+ years of eCommerce, Order Management/Supply-Chain Software, or related SaaS industry sales experience that involves business and technical stakeholders
- Experience selling into EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional business practices, regulations, and nuances
- Established network within the European commerce and supply chain ecosystem to accelerate pipeline growth
- Strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing goals
- Deep understanding of complex sales processes with the ability to engage senior level executives in strategic meetings to ensure top-down alignment regarding strategy and objectives
- Experience developing strong relationships with strategic prospects and customers
- Strong ecosystem of contacts across Commerce industry to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth
