Customer Service Accounts Advisor - Leigh

Here at XPO, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to join our team. We’re a multi-national, people-focused transport company.
You’ll be joining as a Customer Service Accounts Advisor and will become part of our frontline team. This is your first point of contact for our customers, where you’ll provide advice, exceptional service, and tailored solutions to meet their needs.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met
- Prioritise tasks when required, including:
- Managing queries efficiently
- Chasing deliveries
- Resolving issues proactively
- Keep customers informed about all aspects of the business
- Focus on building lasting customer and business relationships
What You Need To Succeed At XPO

- Computer literacy – the ability to quickly adapt across different systems and screens
- A positive attitude with a customer and colleague-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexible in approach according to each customer’s needs
