Customer Service Accounts Advisor – Leigh

We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service professionals to join XPO, a multinational, people-focused transport company based in Leigh.
About the Role
You’ll be joining our frontline team—the first point of customer contact—providing advice, service, and tailored solutions.

- Salary: £24,784 per annum (pro rata if applicable)

Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will:
- Work closely with the operations team to meet customer commitments and expectations
- Prioritise queries while managing delivery chases and issue resolution
- Keep customers informed across all business areas
- Continuously build positive relationships internally and externally
Requirements & Qualities
To succeed at XPO, you should:
- Be computer literate, proficient in switching between systems and screens
- Show a positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability
- Be friendly, confident, and empathetic in all interactions
