Insurance Account Handler – Saffron Walden

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join us full-time (Monday to Friday) in a supportive workplace. This role offers a competitive basic salary with an attractive bonus structure, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of this role is managing a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Act as the first point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Deliver expert customer service, addressing queries swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate within a collegial team to ensure clients are supported throughout their insurance journey.

This role is ideal if you enjoy engaging with clients, escalating sales opportunities, and actively contributing to business growth.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience within the Insurance industry—previous exposure is a must for success in this role.
  • A customer service mindset, with experience handling client interactions—telephone and face-to-face.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with clients.
