Account Handler
Location: Hybrid working at our office in Wimbledon.
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full Time
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Handler to support the management and growth of our client accounts within the insurance and protection sector. You’ll work with a wide range of well-known brands across multiple sectors, including retailers like John Lewis, Argos, and AO.com, media and entertainment providers like Sky, utilities such as Scottish Power, and global manufacturers including Hotpoint and Electrolux.
Working closely with Account Managers, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns and services that help these brands sell and manage their protection products effectively, ensuring everything runs smoothly, performs well, and delivers a great customer experience.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to develop skills in client management, project delivery, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communication
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client queries and support the Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships
- Help resolve client issues and ensure they are handled quickly and professionally
- Prepare and share regular reports with clients, ensuring information is accurate and easy to understand

Campaign & Project Delivery
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and client projects from set-up through to completion
- Coordinate timelines, keeping both internal teams and clients informed on progress
- Manage the artwork and content process, including briefing creative teams, gathering feedback, and tracking approvals
- Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client requirements before being shared externally

Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance and help analyse results against targets
- Identify any underperformance and support the team in taking action to improve results
- Review campaign outcomes and provide insights on what worked well and where to improve

- Meetings & Collaboration
- Support the preparation of client meetings, including updates on performance, projects, and key issues
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Creative, and Operations, to deliver the best outcomes for clients
Skills and experience required:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and confidence working with both internal teams and clients
- An interest in marketing, campaign delivery, or account management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance data
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
