Commercial Property Insurance Account Handler
Location: London
Working Model: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Start Date: Immediate
Citynet Insurance Brokers is a leading London insurance intermediary, now part of the PIB Group, which has ambitious plans for further expansion in the London market. Due to continued growth and an expanding property product portfolio, we are recruiting for a permanent, full-time position in our fast-paced Broking team. Full training will be provided, alongside a competitive salary, benefits package, and excellent opportunities for growth and development.
The successful candidate will manage an existing book of commercial property insurance for a portfolio of retail brokers, ensuring excellent service in collaboration with your Account Executive.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident manner on email and phone
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, staying flexible and effective under pressure
