Account Handler
Insurance Account Handler Opportunity in Swansea
Looking for that next great move in your career? We have an exciting new opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Swansea.

About the Role
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
What We're Looking For
- Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential for this role
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day
- Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Confidence to work with clients on the phone and by email
- Experience in customer service is important
- Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and have the resilience to adapt to changes
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity
