We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to step into a critical role supporting our client’s sales efforts. What You’ll Do

  • Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within CRM systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms used for customer information.
  • Conduct thorough research on contacts within target accounts using online resources.
  • Identify key decision-makers and personas to support targeted outreach by sales and marketing teams.
  • Gather relevant company information, including industry, employee count, and financial data, for strategic account planning.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all gathered intelligence.
  • Utilise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to input research data and contact information efficiently.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through comprehensive online research and outreach.
  • Leverage professional networking platforms for prospecting and connecting with potential customers.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of targeted prospect lists.
  • Build essential intelligence for sales teams, providing actionable insights.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns.
  • Learn and utilise advanced intelligence tools (e.g., research databases) to source customer contact data.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Assist with initial outreach (email/phone) as required.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Fluent German speaking and writing skills (essential).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
