Job Title: Account Management CoE Manager
About the Role
A successful Account Management CoE Manager at Fiserv:
- Strengthens client outcomes and commercial performance by creating consistent, scalable ways of working across EMEA.
- Helps teams deliver high-quality governance, operational excellence, and measurable efficiency through process improvement, AI, and automation.
- Partners with account management, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and audit to improve client service and support business growth.
- Brings structure, accountability, and innovation to drive better experiences for clients and stronger business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Account Management teams across EMEA, driving consistency, governance, and operational excellence.
- Establish standard playbooks, templates, and processes for:
- Client governance
- Reporting
- Action tracking
- Account management support
- Create and manage governance meeting cadences, including:
- Agendas
- Pack preparation
- Follow-up actions
- Stakeholder coordination
- Partner with cross-functional teams to re-engineer workflows and deliver efficiency gains through:
- AI
- Automation
- Scalable process improvements
- Facilitate audit, assurance, and remediation activities by:
- Coordinating evidence collection
- Maintaining documentation
- Supporting control readiness
- Coach and develop team members while:
- Setting priorities
- Managing efforts and capacity
- Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Track and report performance metrics tied to:
- Quality
- Efficiency
- Client outcomes
- Standard adoption
- Drive adoption of new standards through:
- Training programs
- Communications
- Ongoing stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
Must-haves:
- Experience leading people, coaching performance, and managing work across direct or matrixed teams.
- Experience supporting senior-level client governance, including:
- Preparing executive-ready materials
- Managing recurring meeting cadences
- Expertise in improving business processes via:
- Standardization
- Workflow design
- Operational controls
- Experience using AI, automation, or reporting tools to enhance:
- Efficiency
- Quality
- Data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with governance and reporting tools such as:
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- Power BI (or similar)
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
- Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of audit, assurance, risk management, or compliance support practices.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in:
- Portfolio performance
