Account Manager
Role: Client Services Advisor
Based in Newcastle

The Opportunity
This is a permanent, full-time, phone-heavy role with a mix of targets and tangible outcomes. Every day will bring the chance to:
- Build trust with clients and keep them informed about their investments.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
- Manage administrative tasks, from client records to product enquiries.
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work efficiently in a high-paced setting while delivering precise, timely updates.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Services Advisor, your core responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management:
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Providing regular, personalised updates on portfolios and account activity.

Client Support & Enquiries:
- Responding to account/product-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Acting as a single point of contact for our clients' needs.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining both electronic and paper-based records accurately.
- Processing transactions, updates, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Operational Support:
- Working collaboratively with Financial Advisers to optimise client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who have experience in roles such as:
- Customer service/representative
- Administration
- Retail or hospitality
- Contact centre or support teams
Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy engaging with people and forging positive client relationships.
- Excel in organisation and multitasking, especially with demanding priorities.
- Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Integrate seamlessly into technological systems (Microsoft Office included) and business processes.

Requirements
- Strong interest in leading a client-focused financial services career.

- Exposure to financial services, investments, or product enquiries is a plus but is not essential.

Starting Salary: £26,437
Annual Potential: Realistic OTE of £34,000
Monthly Bonus Structure: Up to £750/month
